SparkFx Privacy Policy
Updated October 22, 2026
This policy describes how the SparkFx Android app handles information.
Local settings and presets
SparkFx generates stereo audio and visuals on your device. It stores your user presets and settings locally so you can use them again. The app does not send these presets or settings to the developer.
Data collection and sharing
SparkFx does not include user accounts, advertising, analytics or remote crash-reporting services. It does not collect or share personal information through a developer-operated service. The Android app does not request internet access.
Audio and device permissions
Audio is synthesized on your device. SparkFx does not record sound or request microphone access. It does not request access to your camera, contacts or location.
Android backup and transfer
Android or your device manufacturer may back up or transfer app data according to your device settings and platform behavior. SparkFx does not disable Android backup in this release. Such backups are managed by your operating system or backup provider, not by a SparkFx-operated cloud service. Use your device or backup provider settings to manage or delete backup copies.
Retention and deletion
Local settings and presets remain on your device until you remove them, clear SparkFx storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Previously backed-up data may be restored by Android after reinstallation or device transfer. No developer-operated cloud copy of your presets or settings is kept by SparkFx. There is no SparkFx account to delete.
