Contact support
Include the app name/version, phone/tablet model, Android version, steps to reproduce, and what you expected. For DmxFx include the node model, transport, IP/subnet and universe. Do not send passwords or private keys.
No sound?
Check media volume, output routing and Play. Start quietly and confirm that the selected preset has an audible oscillator or noise band enabled.
No DMX response?
Check the node address, universe, fixture personality and channel patch. The green icon reports network availability; it does not acknowledge fixture reception. Use the detailed network guide.
App updates
Existing Google Play testers use the same account and testing enrollment. Once a release is approved and published to their track, they can update from its store page.
